*Accreditation and affiliation fees ($518.00) are calculated using current adult learner fees for AMS and MACTE. For the 2025-26 program year, MACTE’s adult learner fee is $240.00 per adult learner and AMS is $278.00 per adult learner.
The VCMS $500.00 deposit is with the adult learner enrollment agreement within 10 days of the adult learner’s receipt of the acceptance and contract. The accreditation and affiliation fees of $518.00 are also due at this time. The amount of $1018.00 may be made as one payment.
*The Overview Course Fee has not been included in the above tuition and fees and is not due until the adult learner registers for the course. The Overview Course may be completed at any time during the program cycle. (If the candidate has a credential at the overview level, no overview is required for that level.)

Tuition Payment Options
Option 1 (Check): $300 tuition relief if entire payment is made prior to June 30, 2026.
EL I or EL II -- $8200.00 - Tuition balance of after receipt of deposit and fees.
EL I-II -- $12,400 – Tuition balance after receipt of deposit and fees.

Pay total tuition and fees of $9482.72 (this includes a 4% processing fee of $364.72) before June 30, 2026.
EL I-II
Pay total tuition and fees of $13850.00 (this includes a 4% processing fee of $532.72) before June 30, 2026.
Option 3 (Deferred Payment):

The deferred payment plan listed below includes an additional $300.00 fee for a total deferred tuition of $8500.00 (built into the three payments– after deposits and fees of $1318.00)
Payment 1 – June 30, 2026 -- $4250.00

The deferred payment plan listed below includes an additional $300.00 fee for a total deferred tuition of $12,700.00 (built into the three payments– after deposits and fees of $1318.00)

Additional Fees: Self-Directed Internship = $150.00
Continuation Fee = $300.00 (assessed after August 31 of the ending of second program year.)
Additional travel expenses may be incurred by the adult learner for field consulting if the adult learner lives outside a 125 mile range of the program location.
