The Elementary I-II Course is designed to be an 18-month course that starts with online instruction and is followed by short summer intensive sessions for two consecutive summers. Candidates will be provided with hands-on instruction with the Montessori elementary materials during these in-residence opportunities. Academic coursework is reinforced during a Practicum in a Montessori Elementary I or Elementary II environment. The practicum includes additional online academic content to round out the candidates learning experience.
