Our Elementary I Course is designed to be an 18-month course that starts with online instruction and is followed by a short summer intensive session where candidates will be provided with hands-on instruction with the Montessori elementary materials. This initial academic coursework is followed by a Practicum in a Montessori Elementary I environment that is supported by additional online academic content. Several weekend in-residence sessions and one additional week the following summer will round out the candidate’s learning experience.
